About Alexandria Walker

Alexandria is a results-driven and passionate attorney with several years of diverse legal experience ranging from clerking in judicial chambers to first chair trial experience.

Known for her strong analytical skills and relentless work ethic, Alexandria, is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for her client while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Alexandria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in English from Howard University in Washington D.C. In 2017, she obtained a Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.

During her time at Loyola, Alexandria participated in the Loyola Stuart H. Smith Prosecutor Law Clinic where she practiced as a student attorney in the District Attorney’s office in New Orleans. She was also a member of the Student Bar Association and the Black Law Student Association.

Alexandria is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, in the United States District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining Mansfield Melancon Personal Injury Lawyers, Alexandria maintained her civil litigation law practice with an emphasis on personal injury and hurricane related property damage. Too numerous to list, Alexandria has secured winning outcomes for clients via trial, motion practice, oral argument, mediation, settlement negotiation, and the strategic management of every aspect of litigation.

Additionally, prior to her litigation practice, Alexandria clerked at the First City Court for the Parish of Orleans in Louisiana under the Honorable Judge Marissa Hutabarat, which ultimately prepared her for the firsthand courtroom experience she practices today.

In Alexandria’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Alexandria is a proud wife to Calvin Sr. and mother of two kids, Calvin Jr. and Autumn. She also loves gardening, reading, and traveling to new places.
